Name: Louis Gilebert Weasley (pronounced "loo-ee" and "zj-ill-bear") Gender: Male Age/Birthdate: 17 / February 15, 2007
Sexuality: His sexuality is fluid, developing partly that way due to the variety of people he attracts without meaning to. He doesn’t consider anything taboo; as long as it isn't hurting anyone and it's kept away from him, people can do what they like. However, Louis is cautious about who he pursues and can sometimes be quite frigid. He doesn’t particularly like being wanted.
Family: Two older sisters, Dominique and Victoire, Parents, Bill and Fleur Weasley. Grandparents, Molly and Arthur Weasley. Uncles and aunts, Percy and Audrey Weasley, Ron and Hermione Weasley, George and Angeline Weasley, Harry and Ginny Potter. Cousins: Molly, Lucy, Fred/Alex, Roxanne, Rose, Hugo, James, Albus, Lily… he is related to EVERYONE EVER.
Physical description:
Louis was born with stark white hair and it’s remained that way throughout his life; a trait that carried through Fleur. Occasionally, he’ll go into fits where he’ll dye his hair darker to disguise his Veela “roots” (ba dum ching), though it always grows back and he’s too lazy to keep it up. His limbs are thin and long, delicate as his mother’s, more suited to playing piano and getting manicures than climbing trees. His eyes are bright blue, like both of his parents, though he likes to think they’re from his father. He searches for that connection wherever he can find it.

A little more in depth
Personality: Louis is ornery, irritable and proud. While he tales pleasure in attention to aesthetics (whether through the lens of the camera or in his mirror in his room), the way he was born brings him more problems than pleasure, and he’s quick to snap. That being said, he enjoys parties where the general loose vibe lets him forget for awhile that the attention he’s getting is fake. When it comes to schoolwork, Louis doesn’t particularly care. He’s not interested in book smarts. Bravery impresses him in a distant way; something interesting that he doesn’t need to take a part in. Art, not just photography, is what he’d prefer to put his time and energy into. Even when Louis is disobedient or stand-offish, he does care about his family members, and would defend them, particularly his favorites. Also, as much as he may deny it, he greatly enjoys being the baby of the family.
Special abilities/strengths/flaws: Part Veela. My interpretation of this is that Louis can cause unnatural attraction, stronger the closer someone is to him and depending on their sexual preference. He is working on controlling this, but the more irritated and distracted he is, the less he’s able to focus on diminishing the effect. Essentially, he has to deal with love-poisoned sweets, an upsetting number of proposals, and being followed about some days. He doesn’t like this. He’s working very hard on controlling it. Occasionally, he snaps and yells at people to back off.
Plots you see your character participating in: Louis is an unnaturally curious boy and an avid photographer. He could become involved in something dangerous just by being in the wrong place at the wrong time, photographing something he isn’t supposed to. Just an idea! Also, family drama is always fun. And he will probably have a lot of it. Being related to everyone means it’s difficult to escape.
Relevant backstory: Louis when he was little was a fuzzy, cranky child, greedy and horrible at sharing. As he grew and reached that realization that not everything in the world belonged to him, he became quiet and watchful. The world appeared to him in a different light, then, full of colors and angles. Taking solitary walks was a habit he indulged in while his cousins came over to practice flying (something he never had interest in). Then he wasn’t a part Veela, part ickle baby boy, he was just another sound in the grass.
